What Sitzmark does with your details.

What we ask for

Your name, email address and phone number, and a delivery address if you are having an order shipped. That is what an order needs to reach you.

What we do with it

We use it to fill your order and to tell you what is happening with it — that it was placed, that it is ready, that it has shipped. Nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not hand it to anybody who is not part of getting your order to you.

Card details

We never see your card. Payment is handled by our payment provider on their own page, and what comes back to us is whether it was approved.

Asking us about your details

Call or email the shop and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it — except where we have to keep a record of a sale for tax and returns.
